I built Watchtower Protection for Doris Talent Agency, working closely with legal counsel and agency management. The product needed to fit creators’ needs while giving the agency an evidence-based enforcement workflow.
A complete detection pipeline
I built the crawler, a machine-learning detection pipeline using CLIP and FaceNet, and the takedown system. It covered Google, Reddit, Telegram, and Cloudflare.
The configured policy required 98% confidence across three detection criteria before a notice could be sent. That threshold was a workflow requirement, not a measured accuracy claim.
Putting the system to work
The platform issued tens of thousands of takedowns for approximately 100–200 creators. My role covered the full application, from collection and detection through the interface and enforcement pipeline.
