Building for both sides of hiring
I co-founded Intervieux with my brother, and we are actively building it in partnership with Level Up Ventures. We are connecting the work of finding a job, demonstrating skills, and making a hiring decision in one platform.
Candidates use AI interviews, resumes, simulations, and technical challenges to prepare and show what they can do. Employers use an AI-powered applicant tracking system to bring that evidence into their hiring process.
Helping people find their next role
Intervieux brings together job discovery, applications, resume support, and AI interviews. Candidates can work through questions tied to a role or resume, get feedback, and build confidence before applying.
Simulations let people respond to situations they could face at work. Technical challenges give them a place to write code and run it against test cases. Those are different ways to demonstrate ability, alongside a resume and a conversation.
An ATS built around the candidate
For employers, Intervieux connects applications, interview reports, resumes, assessments, and pipeline stages. Teams can define the role, build interview questions and scoring criteria, and review candidates with the relevant evidence together.
The product also supports scheduling, candidate communication, and offers. AI helps organize and assess the information; employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions.
AI and the scope of work
I think AI can help businesses grow beyond what their existing teams could previously support. I want that growth to create more work, keep people employed, and make room for roles and services that were once too expensive to pursue.
Intervieux is one way we are working toward that. We want AI to help people find opportunities and show their ability, while giving employers a better way to meet and hire them.
